At POCUS Sydney, our mission is to provide high-quality educational workshops and on-site sessions to teach standardized ultrasound skills, increase ultrasound utilization and in-turn improve patient care.
Brandon is a Sydney Gastroenterologist who completed a unique fellowship in advanced IBD imaging. He is the HOD at Macquarie University Hospital, director of endoscopy at Ryde Hospital & works with the St. Vincents hospital IBD unit providing intestinal ultrasound services & teaching. He is both accredited with the International Bowel Ultrasound Group and the Australian Gastroenterology Network of Intestinal Ultrasound, where he is a committee member.
He has presented and taught ultrasound via workshops and educational sessions at ASUM, GENIUS, AGW, and GENCA, as well as various hospitals including St George Private Hospital, Ryde Hospital, RPA, Westmead Hospital, and St. Vincent's Hospital.
Martin is a Sydney based Anaesthetist who completed a Regional Anaesthesia fellowship at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth. He is currently a VMO at Prince of Wales and Blacktown Hospitals where he facilitates a monthly Ultrasound skills workshop for trainees. He has presented and taught ultrasound techniques via workshops and educational sessions at ANZCA ASM, ASURA, ACE scientific meeting, SPANZA update, and CTEC.
